DOORLY + SONNY FODERA // REVIVAL // OPEN TIL 7AM

COCO / REVIVAL feat. SONNY FODERA x NO LOCK OUT x FREE CHEESEBURGERS AT 330AM x DRINK SERVICE TIL 5AM x DOORS GUARANTEED TIL 7AM MAIN STAGE - PLUMP DJ's + BAYTEK SONNY FODERA https://facebook.com/sonnyfodera http://soundcloud.com/sonnyfodera Having come up through the ranks at a startling rate, Australian Sonny Fodera is now leading from the front. Over the last couple of years, the man originally turned on to the dance by Derrick Carter has fomented his own groove driven, emotive brand of house that now resonates around the world. Turning heads right from the off were his compilations on Deep Down and Defected, which found Sonny adding his remix flair to a bunch of classics. The future is just as bright as the past for Sonny, who was born in Adelaide, Australia, and has lived between there, Ibiza, the USA and the UK since, though he is currently settled in London. It means he is fully focussed on the next chapter, which already promises to be a thrilling one for his fans, with a new album due on Defected ‘Frequently Flying’ , as well as more EPs on influential labels like Cajual and Lee Foss’s highly anticipated new imprint, Repoulate Mars. DOORLY http://www.facebook.com/doorlydj http://www.soundcloud.com/doorlydj It’s been just a few years since Pete Tong touted Doorly as a future star, but not even the Radio 1 icon could have predicted just how rapid his ascent would be. As of 2016, he can already add two Essential Mixes, multiple Beatport and Traxsource No.1s, production for Usher and Nicki Minaj, sharing the stage with The Prodigy, acclaimed releases on Cajual, Dirtybird and Hot Creations and studio collaborations with Cajmere and Grandmaster Flash to his ever-growing list of achievements. And he’s only just getting started. On the production front, 2016 has already started in impressive fashion. In February Doorly dropped his hugely anticipated remix of Carl Craig & Green Velvet’s ‘So What’, with that same month seeing the release of ‘Want Silver’, a collaboration with ZDS on David Squillace’s This & That imprint. Add to that a remixes of Claptone ‘Anything’ and House of Virus & Jimi Polo ‘Better Days’ (March) and the upcoming Cajual Miami compilation mixed by Cajmere & Doorly, plus further releases alongside Switch, Idris Elba, DJ Pierre & Todd Terry and Gene Farris, and 2016 is looking like another full-throttle year for Doorly.
