Rocko started his musical background at the age of 13 when he picked up a guitar for the first time. He spent his teenage years in punk and metal bands. His specific musical background transferred over to his shows as a DJ sure to deliver an intense and fun show. He is best known for mixing songs and clashing styles in unexpected but surprising ways. He is well known for having expertise in music that revolves around the styles of RnB, Hip Hop, Pop and Party. However, he is known in the Brisbane music scene as an accomplished DJ capable of also mixing: trap/midtempo; house/indie dance/funk; metal/punk rock/pop punk/post hardcore. He first picked up music production in 2008 and began DJing in 2011, becoming a resident for GPO Hotel in 2012 and for The Met in 2014. Some of his key accomplishments include, Splendour in the Grass 2013, Smirnoff Stage opener, Nominated for Producer of the Year in the Budweiser Australian Independent Music Awards 2013, Future Music Festival 2015 Met stage opener.
